FSX Tweaks question

The place to ask for help or solve each others technical issues and discuss hardware

Need some help here.......

Read on a FSX Tweaks guide that the BUFFER POOLS section should not be included for SP1, which I assume also means for post SP2 as well.

What have you done about this extra inserted section. I had mine set at 10 000 000 but am not sure whether or not to delete it now that SP2 has been installed. Any advice???

Ive done no tweaks at all because everything seems to be fixed and are not necessary anymore from what i can see ,im not really that fussy though at flps seeing nothing i have really makes a impact on them , i tend to just turn the flp counter off now because it really doesnt matter that much speed and heading height seems to be a better one to watch than that red text telling me the flps are low etc ...
honestly i thought the twecks were gone since sp2 and were no longer needed ,well that what ive read all over the net ...

I Agree with Creator on this, you do not need to make any tweaks to the config waht so ever, the only one i have done, was to rename the autogen file, that did free up a good amount of frames, but again as creator said, i too turn off that annoying little red line with FPS in it and concentrate on flying and enjoying the view!!!
In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.
