Well if the USAF can throw a Boeing C17 Globemaster 3 around WANAKA,why not a Boeing 747-400 Freighter,What better choice than with Robs Fav livery smile.gif

Heading past Tekapo FL250 - some eagle eye TGtourist maybe biggrin.gif spotted mmm .. now were the hell is he going unsure.gif

Life on the flight deck was now starting to get interesting , get the numbers right ...

In over the lake , over the township

I think i have enough fuel to fly to Auckland and back for the display , unsure.gif

It is better to be sure than running out .. what Sir Tim Wallis would have thought of this i don,t no

really would have lifted the heckles in the back of the neck of any farmer below blink.gif

and what do you no ... those damm boy racers laugh.gif

They are every were , the mess ... jeepers rolleyes.gif

Think i fly a little more and lighting the load .

Yah Paul's right - there you are, slapping a little paint on the roof, when you look up for some reason...Oh Oh...Jumbo Incoming - to Wanaka! laugh.gif

FSX Wanaka is really good, I think there was a performance issue with the FS9 edition which forced the use of default photoreal.
This one is nicely bounded by custom textures within the perimeter.

Awesome shots Ian. I agree with an earlier post, I really feel like I am there in shot 6. What a sight it would be.

Nice shots Ian- And they even have a kiwi connection....sort of (well, apart from the scenery of course) That repaint depicts one of the aircraft that my brother was flying for a while across the Pacific.......over 10 hours of intense boredom he reckons haha.
