few 777's aswell (Including a Thai flight not using their usual A340)[/quote]

Thai are no longer using their A340's (I was going to go on them to BKK but no personal tv screen - the switch was made to QANTAS)

When I saw the A380's in SIN they disappointed me. Not nearly as large as I thought.

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

Big, boring and far too quiet.
(My opinion only before i get attacked by a gang of marauding greenies)
Bring back Concorde I say, sleek, quick, smokey and bloody noisy just what real aircraft are all about, oh and doesn't look
anything like anything else flying, well that was flying I mean.

Well I can vouch for the quiet bit - I had kept an ear cocked for when it flew past, coming down the East Coast.
Not a peep, and I realised at midday it must've eased on by.
Hope we get a few nice A2A and spotter shots from those who were more alert!

Very clean shots.

It's not THAT big........ blink.gif

It would look nicer or cleaner if it didn't have such a bulge nose and a big 'forehead' I think

Can anyone prove that SQ is flying to AKL with A380 on peak days evening flight?
PS as im temporary outside NZ, i was able to visit airshow in Kiev(AviaSvit) and made some photos of An-225, An-22. Also meet some spotters and made photos in Borispol Airport(with B732 and classic 737 with winglets), also visited some museums(photos of TU-160, TU-95). Do you want to see that?

No, Singapore does not fly the A380 to AKL, and has no intentions to.
