This set of photos were taken at Warbirds Over Wanaka 2008 on the Saturday afternoon. The sun came out at just the right time which was great and we came away with some good shots.Special thanks to Ryan Southam, Squadron Leader Paul Stockley, and the RNZAF for making this flight possible.I saw the new WOW 2008 book today and have quite a few photos published in it with a couple of large photos from this flight. The yellows were pretty much identical, camera ship was a Nanchang flown very well by Jay.Ryan has always wanted to get this combination of aircraft together and it was great that it was made possible.

Once again very nice - is that the RNZAF owned Tiger Moth?

That Tiger is one of the Mandeville examples and a very nice one at that.
Flown a few Tigers now and that one ranks right up there alongside Tiger 43.
Hope to fly in the one below next week and a very special aircraft is due to fly at Omaka soon, a materpiece so watch this space. cool.gif
Its great really as I am starting to be able to fly or fly in some of the photo subjects now so its great.
