Not that i can remember for NZ ,,the only payware i know of that covers the likes of germany and so on would be AES that you have to buy credits for ...you can find more info out at the simmarket.com search AES

There's a few on this site here

Tow tug, Fire engine and various other vehicles. I remember seeing a semi truck/trailer unit one time but not where I saw it. I'll keep looking.
