Final few screenshots for today (I could not resist putting a few more up!!). Again the Real Air Spitfire and Southern Lakes Adventure RealNZ.

Firstly, another shot turning over Rocky Mountain, at the entrance to the national park:-

then a sunset shot over the mountains:-

and finally, a low level shot heading down the river towards the Wanaka airport. The Clutha river is the low flying area for the airport, so no problems with the low flying here:-

If you have not ordered this scenery, then do so today!!

smooth landings.

About the second shot, it is looking out of the area covered by the Southern Lakes Adventure scenery. The quality of the RealNZ scenery really shows just how poor the basic MSFS scenery is, even with a 20m mesh. Got the FSX running at 1920 resolution, which makes things look a lot better, even if it does reduce the frame rates a bit. Also a lot of tweaking to push the laptop to its limits as well, but it seems to be paying off. Much easier to get good screenshots in FSX, and thanks to a tip from another NZFF member (sorry, I forgot who), I am getting higher resolution shots via IFRAN view as well. I must try to get the sound of the Spitfire in as well, heard through good speakers it is a joy to listen to.

Looking forward to the next RealNZ releases!!!

smooth landings.
