Moving traffic (moving lights)?

Hi,

Is there a program for FS9 that includes moving lights of traffic on roads. I really dislike the stationary lights at the moment on my sim!!

the lights that you are talking about are actually part of the night ground texture, not REAL lights coming from a source. there isnt really a way to make them move that i can think of unless you downloaded night textures for the entire world that dont have those lights, and then downloaded a program that gave cars lights
