While i pledge my allegiance to the New Zealand flag i must stand forward and admit that i have been having sneaky flights in....AUSTRALIA!!!! ohmy.gif
NO! NO! Wait! i can explain, put down your pitchforks.

I decided to check out the free demo that FTX offers for the spring scenery of the whole of Tasmania. Now i only have a 2.2 ghz nvidia 7600gt 2gb ram but i was surprised at the high level of scenery and yet no lag at all! It showed of such a variety of landscape with more detail and by doing so gave more depth and distance to the flight!

See! i still kept it kiwi!

At just over 320mb i think this is a worthy download, just so you can see the potential.

Australia would be my second home , Land of Connie , only joking really , Connie i mean , since fly there a lot take hub flights eyeball studied the landscape ... tazzie is the only place i havnt really explored , like all of us , many have family and a lot good friends , to say your flyin over their backyard and prove it via a screenshot leaves them dumb-founded , and when they see how the photo real is getting further devolped , i think we all are in for amazing sim experience .
Paul i found it bites on the frame rates around Sydney , the Orbx payware , but that will change with a new PC .
