FSUIPC problems in FS2004

I've run into a problem installing FSUIPC for FS2004 the dll file keeps showing up with certificate revoked does anyone know how to fix this?

Ok I managed to fix the problem I went to control panel security centre internet options then goto content/publishers and where it says untrusted remove the cert entry for Peter L Dowson.
