I went to the USS Hornet aircraft carrier, Saw the Blue angels and bypassed NAS Alameda tongue.gif

A-7 Corsair, or Unofficially named 'S.L.U.F.' (Short Little Ugly Fu.. I think you know what I mean tongue.gif )

F-14 on board the USS Hornet:

...and its mighty engines tongue.gif

...with an aggressor TA-4!

Blue angels practicing around San Francisco!! Best thing I've ever seen tongue.gif

USCG Dauphin??

I don't know what this is but it was buzzing around San Francisco...

I'm pretty sure this is a Blackhawk ninja.gif

Earlier on I got to go on HMNZS Te Kaha and they took me to Kaikoura. But how do they get me to shore?! Airlifted...

At a little airport in Kaikoura:

But before that I went in an Iroquois from Burnham:

Operation 'Warpaint' tongue.gif An art competition an my school a few yews ago, I came second, and I got to redeem my prize (A trip to Kaikoura in the HMNZS Te Kaha) in August last year. but about a year before that the first prize winner's prize (an LAV ride and a Iroquois flight) was held in Christchurch and a runner up and I were invited to endure the first prize aswell tongue.gif

Dan , ive got to go back to school ... today,s prize's seem a little bigger since i was there ... the USS Hornet , an Essex class carrier from WW2 , wont go into history here but a recent advert for Stein,y Pure .. Nuclear Powered .....as Nelson Mutz would cry 'HA HA' - the very same class of Carrier .
