I think that the 75mesh is not available on Christians site at this time but if you do want it I can put all the 75 mesh scenery files on a CD for you if you would like.

You can download the freeware FS9/FSX New Zealand 75M mesh from here

http://www.geographx.co.nz/downloads/mesh75.zip

Then download this awesome freeware NZ landclass for FS9/FSX : http://www.simpilotexperience.com/flight-s...-downloads.html

If you're using FSX, I don't think that the 75m mesh will make a huge difference (please correct me if I'm wrong), it does however greatly improve FS9.

Thinking about scenery eh? For Lake Karapiro (if you wanted to seriously do it) you'd probably want the 'NZ Roads and Rivers' (commonly referred to as 'Topo'), which you can check out here, which is payware. Well worth it in my opinion, huge improvement over FS9. wink.gif

If you're using FSX however, again, the Topo won't make a huge difference if your settings are medium-high. However this should be a welcome addition...

The short answer is 'no' if you are talking about large scale changes....

If you are just talking about making a piece of land higher or lower by a set amount then you can use a 'flatten'.......that isn't quite the whole story but that is the jist.

Wasn't there a tool for 2002 2004 that manipulated the mesh by pulling up and down etc in its own program ,now i cant remember the name of it but it was from flightsim.com ,it was something like mesh builder or something ,someone else mite remember what im talking about ? i remember i was wanting to build a island, just a random one and this tool would do that .

I am doing a addon at the moment that covers the Waikato in photoreal ,though the lake is not part of that coverage sadly
Does it show as water /lake there ? and what part are you trying to achieve making the lake bigger and deeper or shaping it etc ...

also there is this tool but unsure about it myself that says it can do assorts

FSX KML is a freeware scenery design tool for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX).

It converts KML (Keyhole Markup Language) files generated by Google Earth into FSX scenery.

Using Google Earth to draw polygons and polylines you can accurately and easily create the following types of "vector" based scenery:

• Water polygons including oceans, rivers, lakes and canals
• Islands inside water features
• Irregular shaped landclass polygons for cities, parks, beaches, forest, golf courses etc.
• Airport boundries and flatten polygons
• Shorelines
• Streams
• Roads and road bridges
• Railways and rail bridges
• Freeways (ie Moving traffic)
• Utility lines (eg power and telephone lines)
• Exclusions polygons

Additionally FSX_KML can also:[/quote]
you can get this from this page http://www.scenery.org/graphical_editors.htm
