out of those, i would go 2400hd, then 6200. The 2400 is the newest tech, and the fastest, and dx10 compatible, and will play all games (as in, its compatible with the games. Performance will be a little slow). 6200 is also pretty good, but its old technology. The radeon 9800 is the worst out of the bunch. Its about the same speed as the 6200, but is even older technology than the 6200, and may not play some of the new games due to compatibility issues.
