does any body have A whangarei NZWR scenery i could use
IN FSX NOT FS2004
If you do plz plz post it here

Hey mate are you a WR local? I've been searching high and low for a scenery fix for the strip (in FSX) as well. Hopefully someone on here has something up their sleve.

Hey guys- To be honest, the best people to make this scenery is YOU! New Zealand always needs more scenery makers and the help is avaliable on this forum (and others) to help you along.

All you need is a few programs (ADE, Whisplacer) and some web access (AIP site, Google earth) and you can make a pretty decent airport using the default objects.

So have a go! It is very rewarding!

I have layed out the taxi way can anyone post some NZ library objects for me to use
also the runaway is 1127 meters long
& the designators are 7-25 is this correct ?
(my ADE dosnt show all the default library objects ! or genric buildings)

Download and use Whisplacer- Much better than the default object placement tool.

To get rid of the default buildings, use an exclude from within ADE- Also, to make sure your taxiways/buildings are aligned properly, use a image from google in ADE (I get the coordinates needed by dragging a placemark to the top left and bottom right corner and noting the coordinates). Having everything aligned properly means that any future photoreal releases will be compatible.

you should post the scenery you make somewhere for us to download, i"d be pretty keen to try it out!

How did ya go with this Project ?
Did it come to a stop or are you still working on it ?

Im sorry Mate
When i had virus's on my computer my ADE wasnt placed on my external hard drive when i formated it It got deleted

i had nearly completed the project
Lawrie (snowman) Is expecting to update his whangarei soon
And hopefully Thatch (Ian) and the other bloke making lawries scenery compatible with FSX Will finish the project soon
So we will just have to wait
I am Dearly sorry to let anybody Down

I might Attempt to take up a Different designer task soon
