Anyone know of a link to a high res 172r panel photograph? Need to get one printed off to practice checks etc.

Cheers.

Although not high res, I used a photo from Airliners.net when I was learning my checks.

' Have you ever notice that the experts who decree that the age of the pilot is over are people who have never flown anything? In spite of the intensity of their feelings that the pilot's day is over I know of no expert who has volunteered to be a passenger in a non-piloted aircraft..'

Thanks Herc- I had searched google images for '172 panel' previously but hadn't found anything decent. Different keywords make a lot of difference!

And cheers also Leo and Ben- I not training on the G1000 172's initially, my instructor is assigned to a traditional styled 172, but I've been up in the Garmin variants a few times just for pleasure flights.

Think of it this way - when you get your first job in GA, assuming it's not instructing, you most probably ain't gonna have a glass panel in front of you. winkyy.gif
