Graphic Card settings

I have invested in a Galaxy Geforce GTX260+ video card and although I am pretty pleased with it, other observations indicate that I should be getting better results such as clearer picture, more contrast etc etc.
As it was a fairly big investment I thought it worth asking out there if anyone is running the same card and what their settings maybe so that I can compare with what I am running. Also if Nhancer is worth running and what sort of settings I should be looking at.
My system is:-
6600 CPI
4 gig ram
XP Professional
22"Viewsonic flat screen
550 watt power supply
S-series GA-P35-DS4 Intel core 2 M/board
1x500 HHD
1x640 Sata HHD (dedicated to FSX)
So my system is capable................
Would be real keen to hear from anyone who could possibly suggest settings and ideas which could get the best from the card, as I understand it has plenty of potential.
The software came with an Éxtreme Tuner' which I am not familiar with and therefore reluctant to change its settings.
PS - I meant to mention that I am running the latest driver version 186.18 and the 185 driver prior to that.

Scroll down till you get to the Nhancer bit. Or read the whole lot, I think I noticed a difference after changing my settings from what it said.

Good luck and congrats with the card.....I'm thinking about this for my next purchase. After buying more ram my GFX card is the one bottle necking my system now.

Thanks for that info and I will certainly go through it................
I notice your location and although I am in Levin, maybe I can entice you to have a look at my system and you may pick up on something as well.........
