Wow incredible video! The fact that there were no traffic on that road he picked to land on was amazing- would love to see a video from a bystanders perspective. I also wonder if the guy in the right hand seat was an instructor, he seemed real calm and pointed out the various fields when the engine died.
I'm currently practicing EFATO in my 172, and when that engine dies, its a real panic to remember all the checks in order, let alone get it down in one piece. That pilot deserves a medal!
