Maybe your image host doesn't allow embedding, so I've added links.

Looking good. Are you going to be doing 3D modelling and autogen for the area? Any chance of a top-down view to show the area that it covers?

This looks like it's been taken directly from Google Earth, so I doubt it can be released. The actual city image belongs to the council, though, so it is possible that they will allow its use in FS.

Yeah that's the plan. Just working on color correction for the different areas at the moment.

Nice work Matty!! Its a shame we don't have better coverage for the larger Waikato area as the quality between tiles are quite evident (Which is the only reason I haven't done something similar myself)! Keep us updated as I'm a keen HN flyer myself!

Mat

Yes its a bit all over the place. I am blending the colors and brightness etc. of all the textures to make it more fluid. Looks quite good just by doing that. All areas so far are 1m/Pixel except NZHN which is 30cm/Pixel.

Looking really good matt ,sorry i havent been able to get back to you as ive been finishing off another project ,the 30cm looks sweet but looks like it needs alot of recoloring to get rid of that purple look .

Yes they are Ham council and i myself are in negotiations with them to get the city 30cm for the Hamilton X addon for commercial use ,though this takes awhile to get all the boxes ticked by the heads , its still looking very hopeful and will look great with the city buildings and airport ..

Cheers. Yea, google earth imagery is a b*tch for the color difference. But I have been working on certain areas to change and blend everything color/brightness wise.
Have you done any of the Airport yet Mike?
If there is any chance of joining in your beta testing or any part of your HamX project, I would be dead keen.

Cheers,
Matt

I have just been told by admin to clarify the fact that I will not be releasing this scenery as to do so would be a breach of copyright and so breach the rules of the forum.

To be clear.... I AM NOT RELEASING THIS SCENERY!!
