Help with optimising FS9 setup with scenery,AI, fs9 settings etc

Hi Guys, I am needing some help with the above. Some how I have botched up the folders, add ons etc . Some of the unzipped files haven't gone where they should so the whole thing is a mess!

I am going to do a vanilla install of FS9 (again) and want some advice on what goes best with what and which way to install it to get the best performance. I have godzone and Robins photoreal and NZ airports from Lawrie (Thanks Lawrie) and other stuff I have downloaded. If somebody local (Hamilton) can help I'll shout ya a beer! (or two or three )
