Fuel problems for Qantas airbus

Qantas has suffered more bad publicity, this time with its almost-new A-380.

The airbus had to make an emergency landing overnight, after a technical problem with its fuel pump.

The plane left Sydney bound for Los Angeles, with more than 300 passengers onboard.

It couldn't land back in Sydney because of bad weather and was forced to dump fuel - before landing safely in Melbourne.
