Supercity Harbour Bridge Issue

Hi all,

I've been browsing these boards for a while as a result of my interest in Robin's scenery packs smile.gif Haven't posted anything, but I had this problem and felt this would be the perfect place to ask, heh.

I've just completely reinstalled FSX on my system so as to "clean it up" a bit; removing all the addons I had and basically just starting from scratch to see if I can improve performance. However, when reinstalling Supercity, the Harbour Bridge had a bit of an issue:

As you can see, half of the model - the main frame of the bridge - has become massive - but not only that, it also "swings around" in midair for a bit, back and forth, back and forth. Any chance someone (Robin or otherwise) could help me with this? I've reinstalled it three times, and extracted the installer again and everything. Seems like it needs a patch of some sort.

Thanks. Btw, I think the sceneries are amazing smile.gif best addons I've ever found for FSX, I'm truly really happy with them. Complete masterpieces. Thank you for the hard work man!
Joelio

Just confirming, this is on FSX (what service pack?), and this is the new "SuperCity" FSX version of Auckland?

I built the bridge with the sp1 sp2 acceleration SDK ,i have know idea why this bridge would somehow get big in one spot or spin ?, when i did the testing with this scenery/bridge it was with a full sp2 service pack + acceleration install ..

At this point its hard to say what your problem mite be, the model of the bridge itself was complied as one object /scale/part so its a bit weird seeing it in two like this and at different sizes , i would be thinking along the lines of the service packs you have installed or not ,can you confirm what your FSX install is and if you have all service packs installed up to sp2 ? ..

This simply needs the SP's , having the Acceleration pack is super easy .. i had the very same thing occur after installing SuperCity pre my Accell install .

Aha! That would actually explain it then... I hadn't gotten around to reinstalling Acceleration. I'll install it and see how I go, thanks guys.
