A nub question

OK so I've been playing FSX for a while now on and off, and I tent to muck about in light aircraft and fly VFR. BUT. I'm now getting into flying the big people movers IFR. So far so good but I cant work out how to do ILS approaches.

Im sure this is an easy one, but can someone give me a clue?

Cheers.

I think there's an ILS tutorial in FSX <??>.

Also - I've found that some aircraft require *both* NAV radios tuned to the [same] ILS frequency for the auto land to work.

Not specifically mentioned in the guide (I don't think) ... glideslopes should always be intercepted from below.
