Pre Purchase Opinions please

I would love a 421 for FSX. Unfortunately my PC just doesn't seem to like Flight1 products very much. They work, but when I try to import flight plans etc my FSX crashes... All the time.

Thats odd, Im ok with flight 1, but anything from CLS i have real trouble with....their support system is pretty good, but last time they just had to refund me.....wonder why that happens?
