Too bad Masterton was darnation. I had no time to soak in the WN scenery on my 172 glide approach. tongue.gif

Was low Tide as well , further study off the first photo shows the reef , in which the Union Steam Ship 'Wahine' in 1968 flounder and sunk , Steeple Rock to the left and Barretts Reef to the right ?

Thanks. I was lucky indeed to be flying my favourite, WAC (PA-38 for those who didn't know).
