Got to see a little bit of it...though not at Wanaka. About 7:30pm tonight, saw a bright spec in the distance...still too early to see stars, too far away to be landing lights, must have been the Hornets using AB going North.

Last night at about 8.06pm, the international space station passed over NZ, might have been that (I watched it) biggrin.gif But it might not have been, just saying laugh.gif

Looks like some of you got to go, out of curiosity did the F18s do any supersonic passes? Looks like they were close to it in that video.
