Departure from Madeira

A separate section for photographers to upload and comment on everything from amateur plane spotting images to professional air to air shots.

A delayed flight (due to crew rest!) meant a chance for a few more photos from the open- air roof terrace of Madeira Funchal airport yesterday. Again a wonderful place for aircraft shots, lots to see and also easy to take good photos without glass or windows in the way.

Very interesting to see how much the leading edge flaps hang down on this first photo:-

Smooth landings.

Happy thumbup1.gif , by the way have you logged the miles/kilometers you have traveled , even maybe put up a route map to put in perspective , i guess many could do a virtual fly .

You sure do get around a lot, very lucky! And thanks for posting pictures of all the places you go.
Not sure if you are interested, but I purchased this program to keep a track of all my airline flights. I just think it's pretty good, thought I'd share it with everyone. Even makes a fairly decent flight sim logbook if you are so inclined.
