Great Screens Sean cool.gif , One comment by a pilot in Aussie who flew the type from Sydney to northern travel spots .. the landing back at YSSY , said he was better going backwards , ? just the fact he'd get there faster tongue.gif

Thanks for the replies!

Take a look in the repaint requests section of the forums. I found a nice photo of one that operated in New Zealand! Didn't know they graced the country!

They were a regular along with the NB Islander at Christchurch with Mount Cook Airlines starting through the mid 70's , mainly charter flights from Tekapo and Mount Cook .

Great Barrier airlines also had one for a while and Mount Cook had one earlier than the one pictured in the early 70s.

I am suprised that we dont see more Twin Ottters flying the tourist routes in the South Island - I guess that could happen again with the noise restrictions at Milford and the Twin Otter back in production in Canada

Interesting!

Finally found the Great Barrier example. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Great-Barri...nada/0896160/L/

Still coming up empty on any others, and hoping someone will take up the Milford Sound one for FS2004. (I imagine the Great Barrier example would be too challenging for most painters.) smile.gif
