In conjunction with Steve Kingsbury of Flight Test NZ and Marlborough Aero Club I am trying to organise an Instructional Techniques Course (ITC). It is intended to hold the 4 day course on the premises of the Marlborough Aero Club, Omaka in late January / early February 2011.
This course is a prerequisite for the issue of a C-Cat Instructor Rating. Flight Test NZ need a minimum of 4 people (3 more) to make this viable on their part.
If anyone has an interest in participating please post or PM your interest.

' Have you ever notice that the experts who decree that the age of the pilot is over are people who have never flown anything? In spite of the intensity of their feelings that the pilot's day is over I know of no expert who has volunteered to be a passenger in a non-piloted aircraft..'

I did one of these recently in Tauranga - they're definitely worthwhile. (as well as being a legal requirement for the issue of an instructor rating of course)
