Come on Lawrie , Time to retire the old FS9 Design .. Treat yourself , buy a FSX PC and get ready to relax and really cruz ... the entire country , arr the hassle no more smile.gif

'JEEPERs' SOUND MORE LIKE evil ' DARK HELMUT'

PC is well and truly able to run FSX effortlessly. Just prefer FS9,..... at the moment....
Borrowed FSX off Paul a while back, had it up and running on this machine,............... still prefered my fully customised FS9, for an overall totally immersive experience.

Just had my PC upgraded (modestly!), I too installed FSX, it runs ok but I still prefer FS2004 purely because of all my payware add-ons over the years, and all the outstanding sceneries produced for it. Maybe when someone brings out a photoreal NZDN and new NZQN I'll jump ship for good but till then..... happy.gif

Off topic, but any time frame Lawrie for Masterton and Taieri??

Yep, ive spent a veritable small fortune on payware addons, particularly scenery, for FS9, since Oct 2003 when i got it.
Taieri is still a wee ways off yet, but Masterton is about 85% completed. Im also working on a couple of other sceneries overseas as well, including one in New Caledonia.
Hopefully Masterton will be finished and available within the next 2 weeks at the outside. That will be followed by NWWR La Roche Airport in New Caledonia.

Yes, if you use the photoreal, i think you will lose any runways, taxiways, roads, paths etc from my scenery.

Hmmm maybe not:
But not pretty!
If only I could move the photoreal, or cut an airfield-sized hole in it.

Unfortunately for you, the scenery was built to fit into the Red Baron NZ Topo,...... not the old photoreal.
Only way for you to get the scenery to fit into the photoreal, is to rebuild the scenery yourself.........

How do I do that? Or are you gonna do it for me? winkyy.gif
Its all I have unfortunately. I don't like the random paddock thing one gets with non-photoreal landclass, but I may have to live with it.

The autogen is easy , it the time involved in placing it correctly , other issue is the photo , now again that could be redone with a little effort .
