Popped out the airport to try and catch the last 2 blackhawks being loaded....but after 3 hours....no C-17, so i gave up.

The ones i took are a bit odd....the light was awfull....sun just out of the cloud but very low. If i had a longer zoom i could have got some great shots...as each aircraft appeared through the cloud , the cloud went into a swirl. I think you could wait all year for those types of shots and not get one.....i saw about a dozen....and couldn't get one sad.gif (20x zoom coming up soon)

And all the Boeings where leaving tails behind them....seems to form on the outer edge of the flaps............enjoy

HT if you spot this....i know Ive lost marks for that #3 shot.....that burnt out white area was the sun........

Cheers

Marty

Yeah....that is really strange...the aircraft is well on the ground....then that snake sounding wind comes, and strong too.... unsure.gif just shows how far back that wake travels.

Only this time off the year and watery season , good idea for people to look , good pair off Binoculars , again this type of weather really shows some impressive happenings from the wings with air pressure and dew points .
