The Beriev Be-200 Altair is a multi-role amphibious aircraft designed by the Beriev Aircraft Company and assembled by Irkut. Marketed for a variety of uses, such as fighting fires, SAR, maritime patrol and transport of people and things, it has a capacity of 12 m3 of water or up to 72 passengers.

There is a FSX and a FS9 free version
This is the FS9 version in FSX DX10 I used the FS9 version as it has a VC as the FSX version doesn't have the VC

I was lucky to catch the A42 Beriev at the Auckland Air Show n the 90s ...misssed the landing on the harbour. Pretty impressive ..but I remember it had pretty bald tyres..I guess they weren't needed too much rolleyes.gif

I was up on Bastion point when it landed, taxied around and took off,..amazing sight and sound. Quite unusual hearing big jet engines spooling up in the middle of the Waitamata Harbour !. Id love an Albatros for FSX drool.gif
