Oh. Yes, that would make for a "less than ideal" landing. Did you have that happen more than once? There must have been a number of things that happened for you to dislike them so much - yes?

You say "their fleet has major issues" - but compared to what? You can't make statements like that without some form of logical comparison, which you don't have. The only reason we hear about these is because the media Radar is focussing on Qantas. But how does their incident rate stack up versus, hours flown, passenger miles, or other airlines? Thats what really counts. This is not and will not be the only engine failure that occurs on an airliner this year, but we won't hear about any others, unless its ANZ or Qantas or another airline an it happens in NZ airspace. I'd have no problems flying Qantas anyday.

Oh yeah , done that many times in Asia , monsoon season dose real weird things to the aircraft if they are not parked quickly . going into KL one time its was sideways then what ways .
