Hi Andrew,

Yeah... that was a fun gathering.

But there will be many more.

If you are keen, send me a PM and I will set up a session
at a NZ friendly time, to try some Technam shared cockpit flying.

Ian and I had a short flight a few days back and the shared setup works great in this aircraft.

Cheers thumbup1.gif

Hi Tony, yeh i'll be keen for that soon but I've just this week sold half the internals of my PC due to an offer I could'nt refuse so I will be building a new i7 system next week. Already have the cpu and motherboard, am just waiting on the huge cooler for the cpu. Shoul be up and running with FSX all setup in a week or so.

On following this installing a few off the many ORBX scenery,s the switch did not work , strange but ok .. With the ORBX Australian scenery it cause an issue were you have BLUE and YELLOW corner shop dairy affect as i would call them . Two fix's were done !

(1) Was by Mike @ FS-Creations.org ..... this given your Oceania NZ textures back - Highly recommend

(2) The ORBX team come up with a roof fix to take away those horrible roof texture if the switch did not work for you - Highly recommend

What the heck we wanted switch,s for ! , this now allows cross Tasman Fights to any destination in OZ .

I,m more than happy now to install all the other Aussie payware without affecting my NZ agn and play smile.gif

Great screenshots there, and good to see a new aircraft. The first screenshot is so good, you can just imagine flying home at the end of a wonderful day, very atmospheric.

One question, looked again at the first shot, and something in my memory tells me that you should not be able to see both the red (port) and white (tail) light at the same time. Memory says to me that only one must be visible, and if I remember correctly, the red shows from dead ahead (000 degrees) to 110 degrees, then white, but not both together. Can anyone remember if it should show either red or white, not both?

Might just have to buy this aircraft, looks good in your screenshots,

smooth landings.

Hi,

What an eye for detail !!!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I think you are right , but in the first shot you are only seeing the flare off the red lense covering, cause
the chase plane was flying too close. The white tail light will be more of a direct view and visible from a longer distance.

Now hows that for detail !!!

Anyway it makes for a good story. laugh.gif

Here is a diagram I found, which altho its for a larger airliner, the idea is the same.

On smaller aircraft the white light is aften on the top of the tail, so as not to affect the pilots
night vision.

Thanks for your comments, glad you liked the shots.
