As I'm not too unexperienced concerning interior construction:
That's me some weeks ago at my railroad museum after finishing some serious carpentry.

I found a timelapse of the earthquakes

http://www.christchurchquakemap.co.nz/

Enjoy:)

Wow - I mean, just WOW! You lot from CHCH must have your "sea legs" by now with all that rockin & rollin! Interesting to see how shallow most of them are. And then there's the odd one which is 120km+ - weird. So, has anyone bothered to do a count on the number to date? Is it over or near 300 yet? ohmy.gif

One of the guys from the Rolleston VFB came up with this sleep scale.

"has made night time emergency decisions. If its a 3-4, ignore it.
If its a 5-6 pay attention for a few seconds with one eye open and one eye shut. 6+..if lasts for more than 3 seconds and s*!t starts falling off the walls then maybe its worth getting out of bed for!"

A few days on now I have slightly modified it.

If it's a 3-4 sleep right thru it. If its a 5 ignore it, 6 pay attention for a few seconds with one eye open and one eye shut, 6+..if lasts for more than 3 seconds and s*!t starts falling off the walls then maybe its worth getting out of bed for!"

Didn't even notice it! Kinda worried, quake in Canterbury, floods for a lot of the North Island, wondering what Wellington's in for :S

I won't be there now till at least 10 days time .. hopefully the shaking stops by then lol. There's only two of us left in our office at the moment, someone has to keep Tauranga running while the rest bugger off to sight see in CHCH!

I'll let you know when I am going to be there - would love to meet up.
