A flight I have been meaning to do since my FS9 days ..not sure why I took so long as it only took half an hour..had some issues with my a/c lights nav and strobe not working (blown fuse!?) so flew around with my landing light on.

Early morning start -- weather is perfect --- odd since its real world weather and a storm suppose to be around..anyway very few clouds which allowed for a VFR flight the whole way..

Omarama in the distance...

Hey Paul , i,m reputed not to fly GA types , James Eden did a lot off work on a freeware , hells think this dates back to 'FS8 FS2002' .. the good thing with model James did was put a pack of 'Speights' 'pride off the South' in the back biggrin.gif

Great screenshots there, and a wonderful flight. One question......in the background of one of the shots is a BN-2 Islander in Aspiring Air colours. Has anyone done a repaint for this yet, if so where can I find it?

thanks for posting the shots, an inspiration to do a similar flight

smooth landings.

Cheers.....the Aspiring Air Islander you see is part of the GNZLAP AI package ...I havent come across a repaint in Aspiring Air colours of the Flight 1 Islander yet ..IIRC Chris Brisland was thinking about it but not sure whether he started it or not.
