Check that Photobucket (or whoever) haven't resized/re-sampled on upload. There's a pretty well hidden setting somewhere on Photobucket to accept full-size pics (and leave them alone!!).

Yeah I've trying all sorts of settings..might go back to 1mb setting..comes oout large but the pics look better
