This came with the comment that the pilots (it's an aeroflot 767 apparently) took off with the spoilers up so they could get more speed before lifting off. The second thing I noticed was that the aileron is pretty well up, so presume it was just a takeoff with almost full left yoke applied. Whatever, it really is a heck of a takeoff and I'm glad I wasn't on it.
It's all fun and games until somebody loses an engine ...
