Recreating a regular flight from Wanaka, as we are well used to the sound and sight of the Islanders going from Wanaka to Milford Sound. Sadly the livery is wrong, although the aircraft is right.

First shot, ready for take-off:-

and turning over the Clutha River:-

and circling over some part of Otago:-

great model of this aircraft, it has become a favourite already.

Smooth landings.

Happy , your favourite aircraft and scenery , the type was displayed by Alastair McMillian during the 1996 Wanaka show , very sprite takeoff , i think it was an Air Aspiring livery .

I don't know what possessed me to buy this one ... it's such an ugly aircraft ... but I really love it! It's one of my favourite payware addons.

Saying something like that Adam surprised you have not brought the Catalina , now that is super ideal to explore NZ and thanx to Jan Kees Blom and Chris Brisland we have a couple off super old heritage paint and a NZFF sponsored Catalina Club .

Aaah, but grasshoppa ... I do have "The Cat" (Aerosoft) ... it's just in the hangar having barnacles scraped off its bum laugh.gif

I have to agree - it's a stonker of an aircraft - and you can land the thing *anywhere*!
