JetSpotters quotes the two Saabs to be heading back to Australia after ZK registration, alongside much of the Vincent fleet these days.

Having flown on a QantasLink Dash 8 Q-400 just recently, I can say it was a very very comfortable aircraft to fly on! Im quite skinny, but tall- the legroom was much better than a 737-300/400. However, the seat wasn't all that wide; possibly troublesome for a larger person. Sitting on the 2nd back row, it seemed very long, and its hard to imagine a stretched version- however I can certainly see a stretched version being used in the future on major trunk routes like Wellington-Auckland etc.
