Not sure ... ATR , AIRBUS look like someone put a tube into the nose off the ATR blew into it .. got the AIRBUST nose rolleyes.gif

Yes - although they towed ZK-PBF then ZK-OJD onto Stand 2 after PB HZL to BNE Departed / Fueled/ Pax up etc - ZK-OJM Departed soon after SJE not sure if the Air NZ flts had any pax onboard but the Pac Blue Flight were both full.

Look at that pretty Boeing , much better looking than a Arbust , the red airport security wagon , same they have here in CHCH , i do wonder if they break the rules in Ham , no smoking signage all over the place , the little red wagon stops and click 'fag ' in mouth ohmy.gif puffin away

Awesome shots there Ham, I have not seen Hamilton that busy for ages. Gotta love the regional ports you can still get up close and personal with the birds smile.gif

Ian, from memory BQV was a '57 or '58 model, and I think it's always carried the same registration.

What with all the jet traffic, was going suggest due to Auckland and it light problem though it was still day time?

Thanks re: Pics - You would be correct re: diverts due Auck Light problems last airbus left Hamilton at around 11.00am - PBF 30 min earlier- cheers.

Thanks re: Photos - re: BQV - its not a bad looking aeroplane - certainly worth getting pics of it - it was doing circuits for about a half an hour - cheers.
