Part Three of a Three part series - The Terminal (no not the movie)

Part 3 is showcasing the modeled interior of the Hamilton airport terminal, and also a stroll around the terminal apron via BOB and then for a final taxi and departure on Pacific Blue flight DJ 85.

This is the last part which is kinda sad cos i've quite enjoyed sharing it with you all, I guess I will have to do it again next time a new airport from one of our many talented NZ developers comes out New_Zealand_etc.gif
Heres da 'photographs' tongue.gif ;

.After parking up we walk over to the terminal, heres the pickup/dropoff area.

.Checking in to Pacific Blue flight DJ 85

.Inside the ground floor. very detailed

.Baggage carousel at arrivals

.Looking back out to the carpark from inside, awesome glass 'effects'

.Just double checking my flight status, looks like its gona be a bit delayed cos they have to repaint the aircraft.... blink.gif unsure.gif

.My gate

.Upstairs where the bar/cafe and Koru lounge is

.Hehe sneaked into the Koru lounge ahhh this is the way to travel! mm must check out todays weather...

.Looking out from the lounge, looks like its a bit gusty out there

.Dam they caught me in the Koru lounge when im not even going on an Air NZ flight, kicked back out dry.gif

.Might just grab a bite to eat

.The waiting lounge for all the 'normal' people grr tongue.gif

.Oh yay my persistence has paid off and i'm allowed a tour of the apron while the plane gets repainted.....

.Left

.Right

17. Security gate..doesn't stop me biggrin.gif

.Yay more clutter!

...Do i dare press the button....

.Ahem they are just finishing off repainting the other side, haven't started on this side yet...

.Overview of the apron

.Terminal front, I reckon modeled interiors should be the norm for airports that have large windows (which is most I guess smile.gif) It looks just great from outside!

.Fire Emergency station

.OoO look they finished repainting it!!!!! biggrin.gif tongue.gif

.Look at that runway detail!

.again

.Turning around

.Lined up ready to go!

.Blast off!

."Ladies and Gentlemen welcome aboard this Pacific Blue service direct to Whereeveryouwant, I thank you for bearing with us, I hope this experience has been helpful and have convinced you to fly direct to HERE and pick up a copy yourself. Looking awesome you done a fantastic job at showcasing the scenery thank you very much clapping.gif ,it makes me wish id done some of the signs/textures higher res ,as for 3d terms and towers they will be part of all my airports from now on as i feel and as you see they give extra depth to a sometimes dull building window ,i use to model gallerys so interiors could look like this below one day, though the details/eyecandy should always be runway to term door first .

Anyway again awesome clapping.gif
