Took the girls to work this morning.....glad i did, what a show.
C-5, C-17, 5 LC's, 757, A-319...all on the ramp, and then just after getting there 2 of our Hercs arrived...line astern, low, flat out...buzz and break.......bloody magic.

Anyway, here you are....not the best shots....and mainly the LC.

sorry this is a crappy shot

Typically nice pics , if you ever get a chance to climb in the wheel wells off the C5 , do it you will be staggered a the shear size of the forgings .

Yeah, but much, much closer! You have to see the crossheads, the links, the brake disks, the HOSES

Methinks it is time to get the Captain Sim Herc out and get some hours in on it......

Is there anything special going on in Antartica, or was it just a lucky day at CHC?

keep the camera ready!!

smooth landings.

Quiet typical off the mornings , now setting up for return , the bigger flights are to stock and make sure all set for the ones who hang out down there till the next season starts . Mid March / April CHCH northwesters really make it an airshow for , as long as your out at the airport .
