A VFR cross country

A VFR cross country from Queenstown to Milford Sound.





Glenorchy is over to the upper right.





Level at 9000 see a peak ahead a little higher. Primary NAV has a flag - might be 'cause of wrong freq and the DME's wrong 'cause it's tuned to Alexandria rather than Queenstown - other than that we're lookin' good.

I get the same nav flag occasionally on the Twotter. I'm not to sure why though. REALLY need VLC now.

Dave i really need a VFR - The second is really so close to New Zealand .. I'd better really open my eyes as i head up to the Omaka Airshow , not for the planes but a ground view of the scenery .

A little corner if the country I've spent a fair bit if time at, both on the ground and in the sky...
