Have changed my entry, the first one was a slight test, and having had the Dauntless installed for a few days decided to take her out for a maiden flight from Dunedin biggrin.gif

Getting in early this month... A few miles East of Omaka
A2A Spit, RealNZ Marlborough.

Pah!! You beat me to it! Drat ... you mean I'll have to NOT load up my Spit!

An early morning test flight/warm-up from Omaka for the newly assembled FW-190A ... just time to land and peel off the Hakenkreuzes before anyone in the crowd gets too upset ...

Uncle Doug ... Omaka's down there somewhere .. honest!!! Between you and me ... it's an emergency "beer run" flight for the VIP tent ... 300L of Speight's Dark hanging off the centreline ...

Great shot! clapping.gif I really like the Aerosoft Catalina (it's *almost* Accusim, isn't it?). I love that repaint too. One of the great *flying* NZ history pieces. For such a small country, we're quite blessed with an amazing array of old airworthy aircraft.
