changing default grass runways to tarmac FSX

Hi.
has anyone found an easy way to change default grass runways etc to tarmac in FSX not only an easy way but is it possible without major programing ?

ADE "airport design editor, freeware tool " a quick google will find the download for you or a glance /search at what is already posted here in NZFF mite have the direct link for you
