Welcome to the NZFF Special Screenshot Competition for June 2011.

This month's rules are as follows (Please read them).

1) The screenshot image must consist of a screen captured from a Flight Simulator program (FS2004 or FSX,) and the position of the shot must be from somewhere within the New Zealand territory.

2) Some editing is allowed (if you know how to do it.) Additional images - either screenshots or "real" images can be added - but the main component of the image should always be of a Flight sim screen capture.

3) The images must be jpg and size must be at least 1024 pixels wide and no wider than 1280 pixels -- A good free resizing program can be found at http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm. Can you please post your images through www.photobucket.com. Please keep a high resolution version saved on your computer; the admin may request it from you at the end of the month to convert into a site banner!

4) Images can be submitted from 1st until 30th June 2011, with only one entry of a single image per member. You can change your submission before the closing date if you want.
To change use the edit button at the bottom of your post, just delete the old one and replace it with a new one If you post comments using the quote or reply button please edit out all images from your reply or quote.

5) Soon after the competition ends, a poll will open for members to decide who has the best image, and then the winner will have a cropped version of their image appear in the NZFF banner as well as receiving the prize for the month if we have one donated.

6) This month's theme: Any Military or Warbird Aircraft in Military colours flying anywhere in New Zealand (Please state Aircraft details and over what part of New Zealand the image was taken)

If you have any queries about the rules please PM me for clarification before posting your entry.

I ask all members to please patronize all our very generous prize sponsors.

We have four excellent prizes for this month’s competition very generously donated by

At the end of the month when the competition has closed our sponsor will pick two entries by a ballet taken from all entries entered in the competition the two picked in the ballet will both receive a prize.

The voting will take place and the winner with the highest votes and the runner up will both get a prize each .
However each entry is only eligible to win one prize so if either of the entrants drawn in the ballot should pole the most votes their image will go on the NZFF Banner and the prize for the most votes will go to the next highest scoring entrant the same also applies to the runner up place should one of the ballet drawers finish as runner up then the prize will go to the next highest number of votes.

For the June competition prizes winners can pick a product of their choice from the Download site.

Thank you this month’s prize sponsor

June already. 2011 disappearing!!

One of my favourites for the June competition, Spitfire over Hawea Flats, Wanaka. Real NZ Southern Lakes scenery

the standards of the entries have been so high recently, so every month it is getting more difficult.

Smooth landings.

The Aussies have arrived with their Caribou to train some paratroops using the Bay Of Islands skydive airstrip at Haruru falls just out of Paihia.

You won't need rockets. One look at that thing and your adversaries will just go running, screaming, for the hills laugh.gif

I can just see an Air**** slung under a B-29, X-15 style ...

Just had to "revamp" my entry, seeing as things have "hotted up" somewhat!

Alphasim/Virtavia Hunter climbing up and away from Milford Sound - *DUMPED*!!!!

I didn't think the competition could get any hotter, but it just has! So ... time for yet another change!!! Sorry to see that Hunter go ... but here's the replacement:

The First Class Sims Lancaster recreating some Dambuster training missions over Milford Sound (where else? laugh.gif).
