Augusta A109 over Grand Canyon

Another day, mostly stuck at home waiting for the snow to melt on the driveway. Well, I could have been clearing the snow I suppose but the temptation of FSX was too much to resist!

Freeware Augusta A109 and and Holgar Sandman's photoreal scenery

Just loved getting down to the bottom and flying through the canyon - somehow it makes 120 knots seem soooo fast!

Well, I did flinch a few times when I got too close to the canyon walls so I guess that's a start.

For sure, plenty of scope for serious accidents and plenty of places to hide!

Hmm, this seems to be one time when I visited and got away with the freeware version of the AW109 instead of paying for the Nemeth version - wow, I wonder if that means that it is safe to visit you again? Maybe I've developed some immunity......

Wow Greg that scenery is stunning, I take it you've got the AussieX Grand Canyon? I've just been blasting about in it in the IRIS PC9 which was awesome fun, very Star-wars laugh.gif
Link following for anyone who hasnt got it already, 500MB but really transforms the place, great fun to fly about in
