The BOAT as they would call it , 236 meters is in the large ship range , as recent as in many weeks due to the RWC a movie was played on one off the NZTV channels , the TITANIC , for the life off me me don,t understand why it was viewed coming to its 100th year 1912 of the sinking April next year ... i don,t understand , but to put in context to the size off the ship (NOT BOAT) equals the size almost at the length off 883ft (269m) and at 46,584 tons off the 1912 Titanic ... so old - but new . did snap .. today - the engineering ability .. the metals by compare from the period and off today,s techno to move it ... this will be interesting and speed is the primary .

Oh well , not for the RENA clean up operation then , if its not truing to clean up the water its trying to make it useable , the other night (last week or so) there was a doco about Tawara , famous for the WWII Battle of no interest to New Zealand other that it be the first in the Island hopping push of the Pacific War , but today the inhabitants literary dump the rubbish on the beach,s ... an Island only slightly bigger than Micheal Hills estate in Queenstown , i hope this Island is a little cleaner or are they just as uneducated and corrupt and lazy and worth saving ? .

I saw it on approach to Whenuapai again this afternoon about 6PM as I was driving over the Harbour Bridge. No mistaking that shape!
