Cant be to far from getting these replaced , was talk a whiles back . The ole PM dropping in for a pint down at the 'Dale' were everyone no's your name ninja.gif

You can see y these things have the range , look at the fuel tanks on that thing , i could be quiet happy cruzing around in that . cool.gif

Every ones is chatting about the NZFF Nelson Airport meet , the first time i stopped at the airport an earlier version off this taxied in , a 200 model .. i was in the hanger wandering around , no security back then , Albatross Metros getting worked on and the RNZAF operated the 421 Golden eagle in this role , liasion and nav training .

My first impression of the metro and even first site was year 1982 , good friend trying it out off the city before heading to Welly , sorta had a a WWII affect as Graham brought it overhead .
