Anyone here NOT got Mike's HamiltonX and Taupo?

As part of my FSX re-install, I started tidying up my sceneries - so decided to go the whole hog and get *all* of Mike's superb NZ sceneries. HamiltonX and Taupo are simply stunning - and at only $26 NZD for the pair, I think they're well worth a Christmas present (it'd help make his Christmas a bit nicer too winkyy.gif). Buy as much as you can, and you'll find Mike a very generous person!

I'm in awe of the wealth of detail in these sceneries - and the amount of time/care involved ... so here's a very small gallery - taken on a rainy day in N.Island, but a whizz down to the Abel Tasman showed they're basking in the sun down there!

"We'll keep the home fires burning" - or is that the office Christmas barbie gone out of control?

A bad case of "leaky homes" here ... I wonder whether what's-her-name predicted torrential rain *inside* the terminal building laugh.gif

The Harrier adds to the local methane producers to warm up the planet just that bit more ...

Not sure whether the Spit is part of the Abel Tasman scenery or not, but it made a stunning photo opportunity on the way to Takaka.

Abel Tasman and Golden Bay beyond. Better than Luton Airport any day!

Beamed back north to cruise around Taupo ... the flags even move in the wind!

All of these work well with VLC ... so go get 'em!!!!

yup sure is part of it and available also in the freeware section as a tester ,that Abel addon has hours of flying alone and is nearby RealNZ Nelson which is handy for a home base plane.gifthumbup1.gif

Nice shots adam. Yeah things are looking good round these parts now huh biggrin.gif
BTW: Robin, Mike, Ian et al - went round to my father in laws to install VLC for him last night, he was stoked, so stoked he broke out the CreditCard while I was there and got me to buy and install FSC HamiltonX, and Godzone Nelson, Wellington and Tauranga. He's a very happy camper now thumbup1.gif

Give yourself a bit of credit Mike- I think most buildings would struggle to stay water tight with a Pegasus blowings its guts beside it biggrin.gif

I was hoping for a "Marylin Monroe effect" on Toni's skirt, but even at 100% mil power, nothing happened. Must be some off-camera sticky-back plastic there somewhere laugh.gif

Nice shots Adamski..the Harrier looks great!

I have both airports and Taupo is an airport I can't get enough of for some reason...I think its because its just the right size for the type of flying I do and the nice little details around the airport. The scenery around the airport is great too particularly with the airport located on a bit of rise over looking the lake and Mountains...reminds me of an Orbx airport in the PNW
