It sure is, that was and still is one very successful airframe. I really love all those odd variations , HJG have an amazing selection on their website.

Still cant find out why that RC is painted that way, the underside of the black wing is with low viz star and bar...very odd.

Edit: just found this :

How do you do it splitpin?

I mean what program do you use to get that fantastic even grain and soft hew throughout your screenies?

Cheers.

Tim, without wanting to get boring..i take the shot, run it through photoshop and finish it in Picasa. Basically , cropping , desaturate if needed, sometimes a lighting effect, and soften.
It varies each time, sometimes i do nothing at all....and sometimes i do too much and stuff it up completely dry.gif

I have studied other screeners work and done a little reverse engineering , to see how and what they did to achieve a look that i might want to try.....always learning and its great.
One problem i have now is with all this super detailed scenery thats about....you need a really high quality model to put over it, or the aircraft looks like a cartoon.....my real passion if you like , are skyscapes....i love clouds ....in case you hadn't noticed cool.gif

Thanks again for looking
